Structural Survey

Also known as a building survey is a structural inspection reports which
identifies and provide a statement of the current condition of the structure along
with recommendations for any remedial works to be carried out if deemed
necessary.

It would typically include a breakdown of the condition of the structural
elements of the building internally and external, a full planning history of the
property would also be included

Settlement Monitoring

Movement in existing structure can be caused by various reasons, including
chances to ground conditions due to construction or change in ground water
level.

GSL can provide a solution to record this movement in one two or three
dimensions periodically and compare reading over a six or twelve month period
to show a pattern of events.
